How to Order on Website?

Select Jewelry: Browse the collection and choose the jewelry pieces you wish to purchase.

Add to Bag: Once you've selected the items, click the "Add to Bag" or equivalent option to add them to your shopping cart.

Proceed to Checkout: Once all items are added to the bag, click "Checkout" to move forward with your purchase.

Login or Register:

If you already have an account, log in with your credentials.
If you're a new user, register by providing your details (name, email, password, etc.) for a smooth checkout process.
Enter Shipping Address: Provide the address where you'd like the jewelry to be delivered. This could be your home address or another location.

Review Your Order: Double-check all the items in your cart, the shipping address, and the total price before proceeding.

Make Payment: Select your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and complete the payment to finalize the order.

Get Your Bundle of Joy: Once payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation of your order, and your jewelry will be shipped to the provided address.

Can I add items to an existing order?

It is not possible to combine online orders or add items to an existing online order.

Is 925 silver real silver?

925 silver means 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper or nickel. So if you are buying 925 silver jewelry online, it�s not 100% pure silver but is as good as one. However, 925 silver has a great value in the market, and people love spending money on 925 silver.

You can absolutely wear your favorite sterling silver jewelry every day, but one has to be careful. You must avoid wearing silver jewelry while doing certain activities such as exercising, jogging, house cleaning, and washing dishes. They all are light weight jewelry and must be handled with care.

Do you deal in only 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry?

Yes, we sell well-crafted & magnificent Sterling Silver Jewelry, all our products carry genuine Hallmarking of  S925 or 925. We provide brand authenticity certificate with the product.

While we do not store any financial details (credit card, debit card, bank account numbers, UPI IDs etc), any personal data that we collect - name, email ID, phone number, or delivery address is kept secure and used only for the purposes of shipping your orders and providing certain order related updates. Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. However, for orders to be delivered outside of India, delivery charges are applicable. We aim to provide transparent and affordable shipping options for our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

How much time does it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of placement, and you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS upon dispatch.

How much time does it take to deliver the order?

We work with leading logistics partners in India to provide a seamless delivery experience for your jewelry. After order confirmation, we typically dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Once dispatched, most deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days, varying based on your location. We strive to ensure a speedy and reliable delivery process to bring joy to your doorstep.

Can I schedule delivery on a specific day and time?

We work with some of the leading logistics companies for our jewelry deliveries. If you wish to receive your order on a specific day/time, we can send a request to our delivery partners, however, please note that this is not an assured service.

Can I get my order delivered faster or on the same day?

While we understand the desire for faster delivery, currently we do not offer faster or same-day delivery. We are actively working to partner with leading players to provide same-day delivery in the future. Stay tuned for updates! We appreciate your patience and understanding.

How can I track the status of my order?

We generally ship out all orders we receive in 24-48 working hours. At the time of booking and shipping the order, you will receive an automated message and email from us. You will get details of the delivery partner and tracking ID, these can be used to track your order.

Do you deliver pan India?

Absolutely! We deliver to almost all Pin-Codes across India, spreading happiness from north to south, east to west. Do you ship internationally?

The order was not delivered, but I received a message stating that it is. What should I do?

Kindly note that such instances require a thorough investigation by our logistics partner, which may take up to 6-7 working days. We appreciate your patience during this process. Please note that we can only accept such requests within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to resolving this matter swiftly.

Items are missing from my order, what should I do?

If you find any missing items, kindly contact us through any of our support channels within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered. We will gladly assist you and conduct a thorough investigation, which will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further, which may take up to 2 business days. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision. We appreciate your patience during this process, and we're committed to resolving the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Wrong Items received, what should I do?

My order is shipping to a country outside of India. Will I have to pay customs/import fees to receive my order?

Depending on your country, you may be charged customs/import fees. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser; we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility.

What happens if we mention an incorrect shipping address?

If the shipping address is mentioned incorrectly, we are not liable for the order or the refund. It will be totally the customer's responsibility, and Ezurr will not be liable for any refund.�

I want to purchase two items but the shipping address will be two different places. In that case how do I place my order?

In that case please place two different orders.

If a parcel is refused to be accepted, will any charges be levied?

If the parcel has been refused to be accepted, then the shipping charges of TO & FRO will be deducted along with handling charges.

What happens if I want to return the product after the return window is closed?

We're very sorry, but we do not accept returns after the return window is closed. We wish that you don't get into such a situation.

In how many days will my return be picked up?

It takes up to 3 working days to get the return pickup done from your location once the return request has been placed from all possible locations. In case your return pickup is not in a serviceable area, we will request that you send it back to us. Please reach out to us at support@ezurr.com for any further support.

Can I return two orders together?

In case you have placed a return request for two of your orders, there's a possibility that the return might be picked by the same executive. However, we would request you to verify the same with the executive and handover only the required product to him. Please note that each order needs to be returned with its original packaging.

When will I get my refund for returned order?

Pre-paid Orders: Once the reverse pick-up is done and we receive the product in our warehouse, it takes up to 2-3 business days to initiate the refund. You will be notified via email and SMS. Please note refund takes up to 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your source account. COD Orders: Once the reverse pick-up is done and we receive the product in our warehouse, it takes up to 2-3 business days to initiate a refund. You will be notified via email and SMS. A pay-out link will be shared, where you will have to fill in the account details. Please note it might take up to 24 business hours for the refund to reflect in your account.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order from our Website. However, please note the cancellation window is open until your order is processed. We won't be able to take the cancellation request post that. Please refer to cancellation policy for more details

What payment methods are accepted?

To provide you with a convenient shopping experience, we accept various payment options. You can pay for your order using credit cards, debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, UPI, and other major modes of payment.

What should I do if the payment is deducted but I haven't received the order confirmation?

After making the payment, please allow up to 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation email or text message. If you haven't received any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us via email at support@ezurr.com, and we will assist you further. If the payment has been received by us, we will manually create your order and ship it. However, if the amount has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.

Do I need to pay any extra charges on top of what is shown on the website?

Absolutely not! All prices shown on our website are inclusive of taxes. What you see on the website is what you pay. In case you are asked to pay anything extra, please report to us ASAP and we will do our best to help you!

Do you have only prepaid or COD option also?

Yes, we have COD & prepaid facility rolling PAN India.

What is the COD limit?

You can choose a COD option on orders up to Rs. 10,000. If your order amount is above this, please use a digital method of payment.

Where will I get the refund money for the returned order?

In the case of a prepaid order, you can avail refund to the source account. In case of a COD order, you can avail refund in any bank account of your choice.

How do I redeem my coupon code ?

On the shopping bag page, please navigate to the �HAVE A PROMO CODE?� under the order summary and enter your coupon code.� On the checkout page, please navigate to the �IN YOUR BAG� section on the right hand side and click �Edit�. This should take you back to the shopping bag, where you can follow the instructions above.

My coupon code is not working, what should I do?

There might be a couple of reasons for your coupon code not working: 1. The coupon might have expired. 2. The coupon might not be applicable to certain products or collections. If you have checked both of the above, please contact us through any of our support channels, and we will be glad to assist you.

Can I combine multiple coupon codes?

Unfortunately, we do not allow you to combine multiple discount codes for one order.

I forgot to apply the coupon code while placing the order. Can I apply it now?

We're so sorry, the coupon code can only be applied while placing the order.

What are gift cards?

Gift vouchers can be purchased and shared with your loved ones. Each card has a unique code, which can be used during purchase. You can gift a voucher to your friends and relatives for a certain amount that they will in turn use for a purchase on www.ezurr.com. Gift vouchers have a validity of one year from the date of purchase and can be bought in several denominations.

Can I apply a promotion code to any order I place

Yes, promotion codes can be applied to all items listed on the website. It is not applicable on gift cards.

Why is the product you received slightly different in colour than in the image shown on the website?

Most of our products are handcrafted. So there is a slight difference, and it cannot be considered a manufacturing defect. Also, we shoot our products in natural lighting and ensure that the colors are projected as close to the original as possible. But every screen setting is different, and you may not see the same hues of colors. Also, when we use natural and semiprecious stones, they will come with their own irregularities, which again cannot be considered a defect.

Do we have a Store?�

Currently, we are only selling our products online.

What is the tax applicable on Jewelry purchase?

Yes, 3% GST is applicable on the purchase of silver jewelry. Don't worry, we have covered this with the product price itself.

Will we get the same design again?

It depends; most of our pieces are one-offs and unique. So at times it might be difficult to get the exact same piece again. Although we may have similar pieces available.
