Dispatch timelines below are estimates for in-stock items. Pre-orders ship on or after their release date.
Dispatch
In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (or COD confirmation). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday dispatch on the next working day.
Delivery timelines
- Metros - 1-3 business days.
- Rest of India - 3-7 business days.
- Serviceable pincodes only — COD availability depends on your pincode.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping may apply above a minimum order value — check the cart for details.
Digital items
Game cards, wallet codes, and digital memberships are delivered to your registered mobile number within minutes of payment — no physical shipment.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email once your order ships. You can also track any order from the track page.
