Using the store

By placing an order you confirm that the contact and address details you give are correct, that you're authorised to use the payment method, and that you're old enough to buy what you're ordering.

Orders & pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund it in full if the price was listed in error, the item is out of stock, or the order is flagged as fraudulent.

COD

Cash on delivery is available up to ₹10,000 on serviceable pincodes for eligible items. Repeated COD refusals may suspend your COD eligibility.

Pre-orders

Pre-order prices are locked at the minimum at the time you reserve. The item ships on or after its release date, and you'll be charged (for prepaid) or asked to pay (for COD) only when it ships.

Warranty

Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we'll help you raise a warranty claim with the brand.
